We are proud to introduce a true electric power house for Zenoah/CY/HPI/Clone  RC Engines, Helibug PowerFLUX Axial Flux Alternator/Generator. All embedded in a pull-start sized CNC Machined cover with built in stator coils and high speed bridge rectifier, it is designed to output un-regulated DC voltage at 50 Watt single output or 50 Watt Dual output (100 Watt total).

This alternator is capable of reducing the size of the battery. With a proper voltage  regulator(not included),  PowerFlux 50W can produce 5V at 10 Amperes ! eliminating the need of using bigger batteries for electronics. Dual output version can be used for AP/Robotics Helicopters or other hobby Zenoah R/C engine based vehicles.

 

NOTE: User must use voltage regulator according to their setup before connecting the output.

for Single Output 50 Watt Model: Maximum output of 50 Watt is at ~12000 RPM. Higher RPM will results in upto 70 Watt Output

for Dual Output 50 Watt Model: Maximum output of 100 Watt (50 Watt per channel)  is at ~12000 RPM. Higher RPM will results in upto 140 Watt total output

This unit only allow air from the sides thru a thin opening on all four sides. It is not recommended to leave open holes in front of these high power magnets. Zenoah cooling efficiency does not downgrade engine performance.Alternator height is 2 mm less then the stock pull start.

Total weight of the 50 Watt version is ~19.2 oz (550 Grams) and 50 Watt Dual output is ~27.2 oz (780 Grams)

    * Modified or Tweaked engines will produce 20% to 30% more power the the above rated power due to increase in RPM.
